If you received a promo code, you can enter it in the Promo Code field via Southwest.com or the Southwest app. Promo codes are subject to the terms and conditions, including any expiration dates, included with the code.
How do I know if I have any promo codes?
Some promo codes are available in My Account. Look for “Promo Codes” on Southwest.com and “My Promo Codes” in the Southwest app.
