You plan and shop in ChatGPT, and you book on Southwest.com®.

• The flights and fares you found in ChatGPT may carry over to Southwest.com so you can pick up where you left off. Flight availability and fares shown in ChatGPT are not guaranteed and are confirmed on Southwest.com at the time of booking.
• You can sign in to your Rapid Rewards® account on Southwest.com, the same as always
• You choose your seat (as applicable) and pay on Southwest.com
• Your confirmation comes from Southwest

Your booking is a Southwest booking. Change it, cancel it, check in, and manage it on Southwest.com or in the Southwest app, in the same manner as other Southwest reservations, subject to applicable fare rules and program terms.

What if the price changed?

The fare you pay is the one shown on Southwest.com when you book. Fares and seats change often, so if what you saw in ChatGPT has changed, Southwest.com has the current price. Fares are subject to change until ticketed.

Will I earn Rapid Rewards points if I book through ChatGPT?

Eligible bookings completed on Southwest.com may earn Rapid Rewards points in accordance with the Rapid Rewards program rules and the terms of your purchased fare.

Is my booking confirmed in ChatGPT?

No. Information displayed in ChatGPT, including flight options and fares, does not constitute a confirmed reservation or a guaranteed fare. A booking is not confirmed until you complete your purchase on Southwest.com and receive a confirmation number.
