Southwest Airlines® Customers staying at select Disney® resort hotels can take advantage of a free service to have their luggage transferred to and from Orlando International Airport.

How it works when heading to Orlando:

1. Fill out the registration form available on the Walt Disney World Resort website for the Airport Luggage Transfer at Disney service anytime from 30 days to one day prior to your departure flight. You will need your Disney Resort confirmation number and your Southwest Airlines® confirmation number when you register. You will receive a confirmation email after registering.
2. Check in for your Southwest® flight starting 24 hours before departure and pay baggage fees (as applicable).
3. Check your bags when you arrive to the airport.
4. Enjoy your flight.
5. When you arrive to Orlando, skip baggage claim and head directly to your Walt Disney World Resort. Your luggage will arrive to your resort hotel within four hours.

How it works when departing select Disney® value resort hotels:

1. Check in for your Southwest® flight starting 24 hours before departure and pay baggage fees (as applicable).
2. Drop off your bags at Luggage Assistance in the resort lobby at least four hours prior to your flight’s originally scheduled departure time.
   1. Bring your photo ID and boarding pass (mobile boarding passes are accepted).
   2. You can also call Luggage Assistance from your room phone for help.
   3. Check the Airport Luggage Transfer at Disney FAQs for drop-off deadlines based on your flight time.
3. Head to the airport
   1. Go through security and enjoy your flight.
   2. Pick up your luggage at baggage claim when you arrive to your destination.
