Refundable fares
Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Review information about method-of-payment refunds
Nonrefundable fares
- Your Flex Pay loan remains your responsibility and must be repaid according to your loan agreement.
- You will receive a Flight Credit or Transferable Flight Credit™ (depending on the fare purchased).
