  • SCUBA equipment is accepted as checked baggage.
  • Air tanks must empty of compressed air.
  • All accompanying equipment (e.g., BCD, weight belt, one regulator, one tank harness, one tank pressure gauge, one mask, two fins, one snorkel, one knife, and one safety vest) should be packed together in a suitable, sturdy container.
  • Compressed air cylinders will be transported only with a limited release of liability.
  • SCUBA equipment packed in plastic bags will be transported only with a limited release of liability.
  • SCUBA equipment over 100 pounds in weight and/or 115 inches in total dimensions cannot be checked as baggage.
  • Standard checked bag fees and overweight bag fees apply to SCUBA equipment.
  • Oversize fees are waived.
