Need to update your Rapid Rewards® account?
- Simply log in to your account and select "Profile" from the menu options listed.
- To update your gender, click the “Edit” link.
If you would like to modify an existing reservation, please call us. You can also speak with a Southwest® Customer Service Agent at the airport.
When booking new reservations on Southwest.com®, you can select the applicable gender marker.
