If ordering a Southwest gift card using this form, a minimum order of $1,000 is required. For anything under $1,000, purchase directly on Southwest.com.

Once your order form is processed, an email containing a payment link will be sent to the email address listed in the Purchaser Billing Information section below. The email will come from “Southwest Airlines Company service@paypal.com” and contain instructions for payment via credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Gift card orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.

If the invoice option is selected, Southwest will reach out via email and provide you with additional instructions to help you complete your order.
