Group Travel Passenger Names
Group Travel applies to parties of 10 or more Passengers. The form below can be used to submit Passenger names and any changes to Passenger names.
Note: If you booked Group Travel for business through Southwest Groups in Southwest Business Assist®, then you may submit Passenger names and any name change requests by accessing the Southwest Groups tool via Southwest Business Assist®.
Complete the Excel® Name Template provided by Southwest Airlines and upload it (as file type xls, xlsx or csv) via this form.
