Additionally, you have the option to receive a loaner wheelchair or scooter, and we will work with you to ensure certain customizations (e.g. swapping seat cushions, adding lumbar support, adjusting headrest, armrests, and/or footrests) can be made. You also have the option to choose a preferred vendor for repair or replacement, or to use the one provided by Southwest.  

Finally, you have a right to speak with a Complaints Resolution Official (CRO) about your situation. You may request a CRO by asking any uniformed Southwest Employee at the airport or by calling us.
