Receipt Request

If you’re a Rapid Rewards Member and associated your account with your reservation, you can access receipts for upcoming and past flights (within the past 18 months) via My Account. Review details on how to access receipts.

If you need a receipt for a trip purchased or flown over 18 months since the travel date or if you need a receipt for an ancillary product (Priority Boarding, Extra Legroom seat, baggage, etc.), please submit the form below. Transactions associated with drinks purchased onboard should appear on your billing statement as “SOUTHWESTAIR*INFLIGHT.”

Note: if your ticket was purchased through a travel agent, Southwest® can provide receipts for ancillary products associated with that ticket, but you’ll need to contact your travel agent for a ticket receipt for the air portion.
