Allergies

Accessible Travel AssistanceAllergies

We can't guarantee an environment free of allergens on the plane or within the terminal. The snacks we serve may contain allergens including but not limited to milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame.

Nut allergies

While we don’t serve peanuts on our flights, some of our inflight snacks include tree nuts like pistachios and almonds. Other nut products may also be available, and trace amounts of nut ingredients, including peanut oils, could be present in snacks. We also can’t prevent others from bringing or consuming peanuts, tree nuts, or products containing peanuts or tree nuts onboard or guarantee that peanut or other tree nut remnants won’t be on the plane floor, seats, or tray tables.

We are unable to provide an allergen free environment onboard, but Customers who wish to wipe down their seating area due to a nut allergy may preboard.

Other food allergies

If you have food allergies and intolerances, we encourage you to read the labels of all snacks before consuming. Since we can’t provide snacks that will accommodate all preferences and dietary needs, consider bringing your own snacks with you.

We can't guarantee an environment free of allergens on the plane or within the terminal.  The snacks we serve may contain allergens including but not limited to milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame.

Animal allergies

If you have a severe allergy to an animal onboard, let us know at the departure gate. Our Employees at the gate will help reassign you to an available seat if needed.

Please remember that we’re required by law to transport trained service animals accompanying Customers with disabilities. Trained service animals aren’t required to be transported in animal carriers, and we can’t require that a Customer provide advance notice of a trained service animal joining a flight. This means we can't give advance notice if any animals will be traveling on a particular flight.
