If you are traveling with agricultural items, you must declare the items by submitting the Plants and Animals Declaration Form online to the HDOA before travel. Declared agricultural items must be presented to a Hawaii Department of Agriculture (HDOA) Plant Quarantine inspector in the baggage claim area for inspection.
