Any upcoming reservations associated with your Rapid Rewards account will appear when you log in to your account via the following platforms:
- desktop – At the top of the screen or under “Trips”
- Southwest app – At the top of the screen (for your next trip) and under the Trips tab for all upcoming trips
- mobile website - Under “Upcoming Trips”
The confirmation number for an upcoming reservation is displayed in green font when you review the reservation.
To locate the confirmation number for any upcoming reservations that are not associated with a Rapid Rewards account,
- Search your inbox for emails from southwestairlines@ifly.southwest.com
- Look for an email with a subject starting with “You’re going to...”
- The confirmation number is in the subject line of the email and in the body of the email in green font.
