Rapid Rewards^® Members get Free WiFi thanks to T-Mobile^®!¹

If you're not a Member, you can sign up² for free. Otherwise, where available, you can pay $8 per device per flight to access WiFi onboard³.

Connecting

Once your device is in airplane mode, turn on WiFi and choose the available Southwest WiFi network. You can access the portal or open SouthwestWiFi.com in your browser directly.

For Free WiFi, you'll need to log in with your username or Member number or use your flight confirmation number if your Rapid Rewards account is linked to your reservation.

I forgot my Rapid Rewards^® username and Member number...can I still get free WiFi?

Option 1: Recover your username or Member number.

1. On your mobile browser, go to Southwest.com^®.
2. Click Log in / Enroll, located in the top right corner.
3. In the log in modal click the Forgot login? link.
4. Enter your first and last name and the email address tied to your account.
5. After you answer the security question(s), you’ll have access to your Member number and username.

Option 2: Use your flight confirmation number.

1. On the WiFi activation page, click the Confirmation # tab.
2. Enter your 6-digit confirmation number and first and last name.
