Disruptions that occur more than 48 hours before departure

  • You must contact the partner carrier for assistance regardless of which flight(s) is disrupted.

Disruptions that occur 48 hours or less prior to departure

  • If your Southwest-operated flight is disrupted and may result in you misconnecting with the partner carrier, you should contact us for assistance.
  • If your flight on a partner carrier is disrupted, you must contact the partner carrier.
