Where available, enjoy inflight entertainment from your own device. Watch movies, TV1, and more through our onboard entertainment experience.
On aircraft with Starlink WiFi, entertainment through our onboard portal is not available. You can use Free WiFi1 to stream from your favorite services, browse, and stay connected across multiple devices on such flights.

We do not have seatback screens or devices for rent and do not sell headphones onboard. Headphones are required whenever a Passenger is listening to any audio.
Note: In order to provide a better experience, we may prohibit access to certain high-bandwidth applications, websites, and video conferencing services. In consideration of the public environment onboard we may also restrict potentially offensive online content.
In-seat power
We are excited to begin bringing in-seat power to our aircraft. Once installed, aircraft will feature USB-A and USB-C ports on each seat back. Be sure to charge your device before boarding while we work to bring this functionality to our fleet. Each Customer is limited to one power bank/portable charger, which must be carried on. No power banks may be in checked baggage. Power banks must not be charged using in-seat power. Learn more.

Food and Drinks
Snack and drink offerings are available on select flights 251 miles or more5. Customers may also bring their own snacks or meals onboard. Customers are prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages not purchased onboard.
Customers in Extra Legroom seats will be offered a complimentary premium snack (on select flights traveling 301 miles or more) and complimentary premium drinks (on select flights traveling 251 miles or more). Service may be modified or limited at Southwest®'s discretion. Must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Alcohol served onboard must be consumed onboard the aircraft.
Snacks may contain allergens including but not limited to milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame.

Our aircraft have one aisle and one single cabin with three seats on each side of the aircraft. The first row of seats on each side is bulkhead seating.

*As defined by our aircraft manufacturer, seat pitch is determined by measuring the distance from any point on a seat to the same point on the seat directly in front of it.
Accessing the lavatory
Although you can form lines at the back lavatory, you cannot form lines at the front lavatory or gather in the front galley. Please remain seated when the seatbelt sign is turned on.
