You can use Southwest LUV Vouchers^® and gift cards for airfare purchased through Southwest^®, excluding Southwest Airlines^® Group Travel and Getaways by Southwest™ vacation packages. When booking a flight, the payment screen will include an option to apply a Southwest LUV Voucher or gift card.

Southwest LUV Vouchers and gift cards cannot be used to pay for optional travel charges like bag fees or seats.

Southwest LUV Vouchers

To redeem a Southwest LUV Voucher, you must enter both the voucher number and its associated security code. Southwest LUV Vouchers must be redeemed and all travel completed on or before the expiration date listed. Southwest LUV Vouchers cannot be applied toward government-imposed charges or fees.

You will need the 16‑digit card number and the four‑digit security code.
