Who is eligible for the Southwest Rapid Rewards^® Debit Card?

To enroll, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid Social Security number, be a resident of the United States, and meet other eligibility requirements outlined in the Account Agreement.

Is there a fee to open or maintain a debit card account?
There is no fee to open a Southwest Rapid Rewards^® Debit Card. The Southwest Rapid Rewards^® Debit Card has a monthly fee that may be waived if you meet certain criteria. Please review the Account Agreement for details.

When will points I earn from net purchases with my Southwest Rapid Rewards^® Debit Card post to my Rapid Rewards account?

All Points earned through the use of your Southwest Rapid Rewards^® Debit Card during a calendar month will be transferred to your Rewards Account^® after the close of each Card Account monthly statement.
