What you can do from your personal device with Starlink WiFi

• Stream your favorite movies, TV shows, music, and podcasts. Headphones are required whenever a Passenger is listening to any audio.
• Catch up on work messages, access cloud files, and collaborate in real time.
• Jump into online gaming on your personal device, just like you would at home. Headphones are required whenever a Passenger is listening to any audio.
• Browse, scroll and connect on multiple devices, all at once.

Starlink access is available takeoff to landing, so you can stay connected throughout your flight.

Does my flight have Starlink WiFi?

• Before your flight:
  When viewing your trips in the Southwest App, you’ll see "WiFi Powered by Starlink." Keep in mind that all flights are subject to last-minute aircraft changes.
• While onboard:
  
  1. Once your device is in airplane mode, turn on WiFi and choose the available Southwest WiFi network.
  2. Open SouthwestWiFi.com in your browser.
  3. Before connecting, you’ll see messaging about WiFi powered by Starlink.
