I booked travel before Southwest® advertised a promotion and want to apply my planned trip to the offer. What should I do?

In this case, you’d need to book a new qualifying reservation. before canceling your existing reservation, review the promotion requirements carefully to ensure that your itinerary qualifies, and keep in mind that availability can change quickly. We cannot guarantee that seats or discounted fares will be available.
- Changes to a reservation that fall outside of the promotion requirements (booking date, travel date, etc.) may disqualify the flight from the promotion.
