You must be a Rapid Rewards Member to claim your points. You can enroll for free at Southwest.com.
Once you’ve enrolled, log in to your Rapid Rewards account and click on Rapid Rewards at the top of the screen. Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the section Buy Rapid Rewards points and more.
Select Claim Partner Points. Then enter your unique award code. After that enter your Rapid Rewards account number, first and last name, and email address where prompted. All points codes must be claimed prior to expiration. The points will be deposited into your account within 72 hours.
