To locate the confirmation number for any flight credits or Transferable Flight Credits™ associated with your Rapid Rewards® account, log in to your account. For desktop, select “My Account” from the menu options at the top of the page.  Scroll down to “My Flight Credits” (desktop or mobile) or “My Travel Funds” (the Southwest® app). Any available flight credits associated with your name and account number will be listed.

To locate the confirmation number for any flight credits or Transferable Flight Credits™ that are not associated with a Rapid Rewards account,

• Search your inbox for emails from southwestairlines@ifly.southwest.com
• Look for an email with a subject indicating a reservation has been changed or canceled.
• Check the body of the email under “Payment” to determine if a flight credit was created.
• The confirmation number associated with any flight credit associated with the reservation is in the subject line of the email and in the body of the email in green font.

To locate the confirmation number for any vacation travel credits,

• Search your inbox for emails from southwestairlines@ifly.southwest.com
• Look for an email with a subject indicating a reservation has been changed or canceled.
• Check the body of the email under “Payment” to determine if a vacation travel credit was created.
