  • Surfboards are accepted as checked baggage.
  • Keels and fins must be removed and placed in carryon or checked baggage.
  • Surfboards will be transported only with a limited release of liability. Customers are not eligible for reimbursement or compensation for any damage that occurs in situations where a limited release of liability applies.
  • Surfboards over 100 pounds in weight cannot be checked as baggage.
  • Standard checked bag fees and overweight bag fees apply to surfboards.
    • For Hawaii residents, the standard checked bag fee does not apply to surfboards. Hawaii residency is based on the primary mailing address of the Customer and must be a valid United States Postal Hawaii mailing address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted).
  • Oversize fees are waived.
