With a red-eye flight, you will depart late at night and arrive early the following morning. Red-eye flights typically operate between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. local time.

Suggestions for your red-eye flight

If you have space in your carryon, we recommend that you bring items that may make your overnight flight more comfortable such as:

  • Medication
  • Blanket/pillow
  • Eye mask
  • Ear plugs or noise-canceling headphones
