You can track your bag online. You may need to refresh the page to see the latest information.
When tracking your bag, you’ll be able to see when it’s being loaded onto the plane and then unloaded. You can also see it being unloaded and loaded if you have a connecting flight.
Tracking information is only available for the Passenger's name used at the time you checked your bag(s). If you are traveling with other Passengers under the same confirmation number, please check those Passenger's name(s).
For Customers traveling on itineraries involving a partner airline, baggage tracking information is only available for the Southwest-operated flights on your itinerary.
If you don’t see that your bag was loaded/unloaded from the plane, that doesn’t necessarily mean your bag did not make it on the flight with you. Once you arrive at your destination, follow the signs to baggage claim. If your bag does not arrive, you may file a claim or visit the Baggage Service Office at the airport.
