Day of TravelTravel preparation and expectations

Review our policy for Customers of size.

If you need to occupy more than one seat, we strongly recommend that you purchase the seat prior to travel to ensure that adjacent seats are available.

Checking in

You can check in online or at a self-service check-in kiosk to receive your boarding pass and seat reserved document.

If you did not purchase an additional seat in advance and our Employees determine that a second seat is needed:

  • You’ll be accommodated with a complimentary extra seat, but only if adjacent seats are available. This may result in a change of seat type, including a lower category of seat.
  • If the flight is sold out or adjacent seats are not available on your flight, we will rebook you on an alternate flight to your destination on which adjacent seats are available.
  • To avoid being rebooked, we strongly encourage you to purchase your second seat when you make your initial reservation.

Boarding

Board in your assigned group. Once onboard, if necessary, please request a seatbelt extension from our Flight Attendant.
