With Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you may be asked to enter a passcode in addition to your password in order to make changes to your Rapid Rewards account information.
How MFA works:
When prompted, you’ll be given the option to request a passcode be sent via text or email to either the primary email address or primary phone number (for .U.S. mobile numbers only) listed in your Rapid Rewards account.
If only one contact option (email address or U.S. mobile phone number) is associated with your account, that is where we will send the passcode.
You’ll be required to enter the passcode in order to make changes to your account information.
I no longer have access to the phone number and email address in my Rapid Rewards account. What should I do?
If you're unable to update the account yourself, to request an update, please complete the form below and attach a photo or scanned copy of your ID.
Once we verify you are the account holder, we will update your account with the new information so that you may authenticate your account. You’ll receive an email once we’ve reviewed your account and ID. This process may take up to 30 days, during which time you will not be able to update your personal information.
