I need information about preboarding for Customers with disabilities

Accessible Travel AssistanceAirport and boarding assistance

Preboarding is available prior to general boarding for Customers with disabilities who self-identify at the gate area as needing additional time or assistance to board, stow accessibility equipment, or be seated. If you’ll need our assistance boarding, speak with the Operations (boarding) Agent in the gate area prior to the start of preboarding.

The Operations Agent will make an announcement when preboarding begins, and Customers who qualify may board at that time.

One travel companion will be permitted to board with a Customer with a disability who qualifies to preboard.

Learn more about requesting a specific seat to accommodate your disability.
